Monday, January 21st, today started out with a little bit of a rain shower that was very refreshing. We headed out to go to Salt Pond Bay Beach. I was able to do a little bit of snorkeling at the beach and got to see coral, fish and a couple sea turtles!!

Doc took us over to a mud pond and we had a "Spa Day" in the mud. It actually was so refreshing and felt so good on our sunburns! Doc went all out a little more than the rest of us.

After the mud scrub before we got in to wash it off

We decided to do the Ram's head Hike which is about a mile long hike. The trail is a very rocky trail that starts on Salt Pond Bay Beach and heads over the rocks up hill, then down hill to the cobble stone beach and then back up hill to the crest of Ram's head. Ram's head is about 200 feet above the Caribbean Sea. We were introduced to "Cactus Candy" on our way to the top and got to eat a couple if we could find them. On our way back down we got to watch a beautiful sunset and listen to the tide come in.

Ram Head Trail was listed #1 on Hikes. Cool you’ve done that. Cinnamon Bay nature hike takes you to some plantation ruins, which sounds neat. Eaten at any good local places yet? Enjoy your day!!!😍
